Confidence among NHS staff to speak up about clinical concerns hits five year low

The proportion of NHS workers who feel secure in raising concerns about unsafe clinical practice is at a five year low, dropping from 75% in 2021 to 71.3% in 2023, the NHS National Guardian’s Office has warned.1
